Concealed Rib PU PVC by AJIYA is a versatile roofing and cladding solution. It is commonly used in industrial, commercial, and residential applications due to its balance of aesthetics, functionality, and durability. With the new technology of thermal insulation using Polyurethane (PU) foam, made up of 3 layers of prepainted steel, rigid Polyurethane (PU) and steel sheet firmly laminated to the foam layer. It is a complete insulation system built into a single product which can effectively reduce heat and noise. It offers excellent heat insulation, reducing heat transfer into the building With an effective cover width of 762 mm and rib heights available at 35 mm and 45 mm, the profile is designed for optimal performance. An additional feature of this profile is its specially designed rib cap, which prevents the fasteners from being exposed. A recommended minimum roof pitch of 2° ensures effective drainage and stability.
