"Ditec DAS200 or equivalent automation for sliding doors, with single or double leaf up to 280 Kg in weight (2 leaves) and 70 mm thick.
It should carry a TÜV approval and be suitable for entrances with high frequency of passage and particularly intense and demanding conditions of use, in full compliance with European safety standards.
Ditec DAS200 allows the reduction of energy consumption in air-conditioned rooms by independently adjusting the automatic closing time based on the flow of passage or by switching the opening from partial to total until the transit intensity is reduced.
Its anodized track combined with the anti-vibration gasket ensures particularly silent and comfortable movement of the trolleys on which frames are fixed. It also allows easy replacement in case of wear.
Easy initial start-up of the operator: upon setting (via the control unit) of the opening direction, the type of door (single or double leaf) and the presence and monitoring of the safety sensors. Once this is done, the operator performs some opening/closing cycles independently, verifying the presence of the batteries and/or the block, measuring of the passage width, the weight of the leaves and calculating the friction of the system. Once this self-learning procedure has been completed, further parameters can be adjusted such as the speed of opening, closing speed, automatic closing time, and acceleration and braking performance of the leaves.
The control unit is equipped with a system diagnostics, reporting errors and malfunctions utilizing assigned codes, which are shown on the led display, allowing a quick resolution of the issue.
The sleek cover 120 mm high gives the possibility to install, smoothly integrated in the cover surface, the manual release handle and the safety sensors (both in the center and on the sides of the passageway).
The main components of Ditec DAS200 (the transformer, the single-bloc traction system with 24Vdc gearmotor complete with encoder, the control unit, the belt transmission , belt, trolleys and any other optional device) can be fixed inside the aluminum beam, using special guides in an orderly and easily accessible way.
The trolleys run on wheels reinforced with DUPONT ™ Delrin® technopolymers.
The movement is ensured by means of a sturdy toothed belt in synthetic material.
Several additional accessories can be installed internally:
• batteries: available for both emergency or continuity service
• electric lock: available in standard or anti-panic (ensures the leaves are free to move in the event of a power failure) or bi-stable (ensures the leaves are free to move when redundancy is activated)
• la scheda Plus, ad innesto nel quadro permette, fra l’altro, la connessione dell’operatore ad impianti the Plus Module electronic board: plugged into the switchboard allows, among other things, the connection of the operator to fire alarm systems and the management of additional accessories such as people passage signals
The extruded aluminum cover closes and wraps the operator and is equipped with an exclusive gasket whose length can be simply cut to size in order to adapt to frames of different thicknesses. It also improves the air-tightness and the cleanliness of the operator.
In case of limited available door passages, a telescopic version (DAS200T) is available, in which the synchronization of the movement of the leaves takes place through a practical system consisting of a coupling bracket and a movement transmission belt for the slow leaf/leaves.
The operator is equipped with a universal door fixing bracket with large slots for adjusting the position of the door in height (+/- 8 mm) and depth (+/- 19 mm), perfectly matching Ditec glass door series, Ditec PAM and ALU profile systems (including the TBO, RBO and SBO anti-panic breakout system) and any commercial profile system for automatic pedestrian doors.
The operator can be equipped with various accessories such as a function selector (digital, rotary, touch with Bluetooth module), one or more command and safety sensors, an opening push buttons (available also in touchless version).
Main functions:
• Electronic regulation of forces.
• Obstacle detection system (ODS): causes the stop or reversal of the maneuver in case of obstacle detection.
• Automatic braking and deceleration setting.
• Independent opening, partial opening and closing commands.
• Adjustment of thrust force on obstacles.
• Separate regulation of opening and closing speed.
• Separate adjustment of the automatic closing and partial opening time.
• Adjustment of the operation of the lateral safety sensor: in the event of an obstacle detection, the control panel can be set to stop opening or slow down its speed.
